Introduction

Our Oil Palm Business Cluster is the largest revenue contributor to the Terengganu Inc Group which is operated by TDM Berhad (via TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd) and Ladang Rakyat Trengganu Sdn Bhd. We manage a total landbank of 55,176 hectares in Malaysia with planted area of 42,233 hectares for the year 2022 and capability to produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK) up to 120,000 MT and 30,000 MT per annum respectively.

TDM Berhad's plantation arm, TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd (TDM Plantation) is a leading producer of crude palm oil with its primary operations centered and based in Terengganu. TDM Plantation operates 13 oil palm estates, 2 palm oil mills, 2 bio-composting plants and 2 biogas plants. In its efforts towards being a fully sustainable oil palm venture, TDM Plantation adheres to the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) principles and the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) standards.

2 Bio-Composting Plants

Convert the palm oil mill waste, Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) into bio-organic fertilizer or known as compost for internal estate use.

2 Biogas Plants (Capacity: 4.0 MW)

The first Feed in-Tariff (FiT) biogas plant operated in Terengganu and potentially generating 2.0 MW of green electricity for each plant.
