YM Syed Ibrahim bin Sayd Othman joined Terengganu Inc in April 2022 and has more than 22 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) functions. Prior to Terengganu Inc, he worked in Standard Chartered Global Business Services Sdn Bhd, VCAP Asset Managers Sdn Bhd, Valuecap Sdn Bhd and Securities Commissions Malaysia.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University, United States of America. He is the holder of Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (ERM) and Certified Enterprise Risk Manager – Islamic (ERM-i), both conferred by the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners. He also attended the Management Acceleration Programme by INSEAD France and Certified Integrity Officer Programme by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy Malaysia.
