Trainees are exposed to real working experience in specific functions that are related to their qualifications.
They are coached and mentored by the leaders within the company and aimed to shape the young talents into future leaders for organization.
Trainees shall be exposed to how the real corporate world works that is related to their qualifications.
Several soft skill training will be provided.
A one-off payment of RM500 will be given to trainees by PERKESO.
Trainees may take part in any Group/ Company’s events or activities e.g. Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) and other staff events.
Upon completion of the training, trainees may be absorbed to the Company or within the Group subject to vacancies available and performance record.
Management Trainees will be receiving an allowance of RM1,500 per month and subject to SOCSO and EIS.
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institution.
26 years old and below with the priority to those who are unemployed.
A minimum of 3.00 CGPA
Rakyat Terengganu i.e. Local or Resident for more than 10 years.
